It took multiple visits before my Maytag dryer was properly repaired and that would not have occurred if my contractor had not been present to discover the problem and fix it himself. In addition to the belt and tensioner that had to be replaced, the machine was not properly centered and thus the exhaust vent did not operate efficiency. What was particularly annoying was that the service manager decided remotely after two visits that no further work was necessary and that the machine was up to standard performance. That was totally inaccurate. When he relented and sent a different repairman, the exhaust vent issue was discovered but the repairman said he only did inside work. My contractor took charge and, with a new vent from the repairman, the contractor working from outside attached the new vent and solved the problem. If he hadn’t been there at that time, the machine would have remained inoperable.

Bob was first class throughout. Prompt, timely, informative, professional and courteous. Same with the back office who keep the status reports timely and efficient.
