"Issue unit doesnt stop filing. Ran in diagnostic mode 3x no issue with valve, pressure sensor or hose. Ran on normal cycle to have unit fill 2x. No issue found its unit, unit fills and stops to wash, will drain and start to spin no issue. Couldnt recreate issue stated by customer. In is performing to factory specs."

Replaced evap fan. No further issues with unit

"Customer concers are unit isnt cooling. Found that the compressor is pulling 1amp, no issue with compressor ran in diagnostic mode, found that the evap fan isnt functioning. Advised customer of issue.; ordrng 1 W11024089 (Evap Fan motor)"

No issue with fros t pattern on evap. Manually advanced timer to defrost, no issue with defrost system.

"Customer concers are trips breaker the second unit is plugged in. Found no issue with any wire in unit, tested black wire from terminal to ground, no issue. Tested red wires from terminal block to ground no issue. No burnt or broken wires in unit found. Advised customer to replaced cord and to have the electrical rechecked due to issue at hand."
