Installed new drain pump assembly and tested / unit is now draining as should to factory specs and spinning to full speed / no further defects with unit / job completed /

Customers concerns all the washer is leaking. I found the hose on top of the tub was deteriorating and knee replacement. Send estimate to customer for approval. ; ordrng 1 W11316247 (Hose Top Tub)

Cx complaint unit will not drain / ran unit through diag and found drain pump is not circulating any water / confirmed no blockages and drain hose is installed properly (vented) correct voltage sending to pump ; ordrng 1 AHA75673404 (Drain pump assy)

"Complaint no ice production. Upon diag, forced harvest mode and heard valve activate but no water was flowing. Checked for blockages and none present. Checked water dispenser and no water flow but valve would activate. Removed filter and water started to flow and enter ice mold. Needs filter. Customer is going to purchase new filter and install themselves. No issues with unit other than bad filter."

"Cx concerns are unit is tripping breaker immediately on bake. Tested unit worked shortly then started to trip. Cx had there convection mini oven on also, then that went out and other outlets in kitchen. Reset breaker for that mini oven and then cx oven did not trip anymore. electrical problem. Unit runs to specs."
