the technician was professional and the appointment process with Fleet is great however, the problem is not solved and the ticket was closed because the technician said it’s fixed. Fleet told me to call fridge manufacturer. Doesn’t seem to be the correct path

The repair assistant though pleasant, did question my wife and I, why we were watching the beginning of the repairs. We were out off by this as it is “our house”. We have the right to watch because it’s “our house” and repairs were expensive.
