1. The Golden Rule of Stainless Steel

The iconic stainless steel finish is what gives Wolf its commercial look, but it is susceptible to scratching if handled incorrectly.

• The Technique: Always wipe with the grain of the steel, never against it or in circles.
• The Secret Weapon: You don’t always need expensive specialty cleaners. For a streak-free shine, many pros recommend Lemon Pledge. It cleans, polishes, and leaves a protective coating that resists fingerprints.
• Avoid: Never use steel wool or abrasive pads on the stainless exterior. They will leave permanent micro-scratches.

2. Caring for the Sealed Burners

If your burner is clicking but not lighting, or the flame is uneven (yellow instead of blue), it’s usually a cleaning issue.

• Clean the Ports: Grease often splatters into the tiny burner ports. Use a needle or a straightened paperclip to gently clear debris from the holes. Do not use a wooden toothpick, as it can break off inside the port.
