"Cx concerns are unit only heats initially then does not cycle back on, I found that fter running dryer for about 10 mins the coils turn the igniter off and do not cycle back on. I tested coils for continuity and they did not test good; used 1 5303931775 (COIL, KIT GAS) from stock"

"Customer complaint unit not completing cycles. Upon diag, entered fault history and would show codes for a few seconds and then reset itself. Was able to get codes and multiple for inverter fault and two for damper. When trying to run components, unit would shut itself off and reset not allowing me to continue. "Customer complaint unit getting too hot and burning clothes. Upon diag, found vent to be around .95 which is out of spec. Customer had the plastic style venting which i told him it is not up to code and he needs to replace it with semi rigid as I do not feel comfortable cleaning a plastic style vent. No other issues with unit, working to spec minus the backpressure issue. If complaint happens again, verify vent has been replaced."
