"Found that the rotor has a broken magnet. Noticed that the shaft was pushed into unit 1/4-1/2 inch. Was able to push shaft out from pushing it from the inside. Ran in diagnostic mode no issue, ran diagnostic in front of customer. No further issue with unit found.
