Customer concern after replacing heat exchange refrigerator didnt cool at all. Temp inside refrigerator were 61 degrees. I proceeded to remove heat exchange sleeve and found freon spill on sleeve come from secondary evap filter dryer. I removed old dryer and replaced it with new one. I pressurized unit for 15 mins and use bubble and found no leaks. Then I vacuum system for 30 mins and added 6.8 oz of freon
