"Customer concern washer machine up kept filing up over and over. I ran diagnostic mode on machine I found that machine had a e11 error code which means that washer doesnt have enough water pressure. I detached both water hose from valve and found that there was brown settlement trapped inside water valve not releasing enough pressure causing to rinse over and over. Need to return with water valve ,inlet water hoses and hose screen.
