"Customer concerns are oven doesn't stay lit. No issue with broil, found that after initial preheat of the bake the oven started to cool down and didn't get hot after the temp was at 250?F. Called tech line states that its the thermal couple causing the issue since the flame has to on consistently and never go out. Gave part # 508088 thermal couple.
