"Customer concers are washer has a grinding noise when going into a high spin, gives a error code. Ran in diagnostic mode found that washer has a grinding noise when in spin and would lock up often. Found that the steel tub can easily be lifted indicating that the rear bearing gave out. Unit needs a new inner steel tub and bearings with seal. stainless steel tub AJQ54138213, 1 ball bearing 4280FR4048N, 1 ball bearing MAP61913707, 1 gasket seal 4036ER2004A.

"Customer concers are plusator cap came off during a wash. Found that the clutch broke off the pulsator, and a pice of the old clutch was stuck in the pulsator. Was able to remove the stuck piece used clutch assembly and pulsator cap. Ran on diagnostic mode, no issues found. Unit is working to factory specs."
