"Customer concerns are unit doesn't drain and wont go into a spin, will turn off after few attempts. Ran unit in diagnostic mode found no issue with drain pump or it spinning. Ran in a rinse and spin, unit completed cycle without issue. Customer wanted to put some clothes inside. Part #DC97-17999L drain pump assembly.
