"Customer concers are fresh food section is freezing is freezing food. Found no issue with dampener, ohmed out correctly. Did not get a resistance or voltage when testing fresh food sensors at board. When testing sensors separately found no issues led sensor is ohms with vdc and dampener sensor is at ohms and vdc. Advised customer to increase temp of fresh food section to see if that solves the issue is not then the back panel needs to be replaced. Part # ADJ73252245 duct assembly."

Found inefficient sealed system only cooling the freezer and partial cooling the fresh food section. Unit needs a new compressor and filter dryer.
