Complaint bottom drawer not closing all the way. Diagnosis power cord was bunched up underneath bottom drawer not allowing it to close all the way. Pulled unit out rearranged power cord so it was not underneath bottom drawer. Closes okay customer not happy with how its line up unit is level with ground. Unit checked okay.
