Issue unit isnt cooling. Display is showing proper temp of 70. When testing the voltage to the compressor, compressor turned on pulling .7amps, no issue with supply or amps. Temp dropped ten degrees and theres an even frost pattern on evap.

"After retesting unit I found that pressures coming into unit are good and at each individual orifice pressure is 12in/wc and 10in/wc with all three valves on, as per manual lowest pressure under full load should be 11in/wc, and I found that unit does not have wind break installed and I believe the wind is the cause of flame going out, I advised cx to install wind break and have gas company raise pressure of gas line to 14in/wc. Otherwise unit tested OK to factory specs."
