"Issue multiple burners not working, and glass is stained. Found that burners will turn on intermittently. No issue with elements found. Found that some of the burner switchs are burnt and most likely not making good contact causing issue. Advised customer that will put cooktop glass on order but cant guarantee it being covered under warranty since it is only stained. "Customer complained the unit is still not making ice. Ice maker recently replaced, also the main board recently replaced. Called techline, and per techline on fridges with marketing code# BFFD3624XSS, programming gets reversed with board replacement. The 'No ice' icon (ice cubes with lime through them) used to have to be OFF which meant the ice maker was ON. When the board is replaced, the icon has to be ON to indicate the ice maker is now ON. I turned the icon on and was advised to educate customer about this change, and to allow 4 - 6 hours to start producing, or give it 24 hours."

Issue unit isnt lighting has to use a lighter to light. Found that the power harness got chewed up by a squirrel due to the amount of acorns that came with the pull-out tray.
