Customers concerns are the refrigerators not cold. I replaced the compressor filter dryer unit tested okay to factory specs. I also advised the customer the plastic water line is old and it could crack customer needs to have a plumber to put a new valve under the sink and run a stainless steel water line to the back of the refrigerator.; used 1 ADH73150208 (LOKRING DRIER FILTER) from stock

"Customers concerns are the dishwasher lower drawer has water pooling in the bottom. I ran a test mode and the upper drawer had excessive soap, see pic. The lower drawer tested ok to factory specs. The drain line is not installed properly and I advised the customer to call the installer."
