I first checked error codes and got f8e1 (long fill/no fill), f1e1(main control fault), and f3e1(pressure sensor fault). Found that the base panel at the bottom is pulled out to far and water filter housing cant reach the filter head to clip and be installed properly. Advised customer to adjust the base panel it looks like the unit has to be pulled out to reach the screws o the side to make any adjustments necessary.
