"Cx concerns are unit is not agitating or washing clothes well, I first checked error codes and found f7e5(open motor fault), f0e2(oversuds), f7e5(motor target rpm failure), and f0e5(off balance load). I cleared error codes and ran unit through manual test mode and checked if unit was shifting properly from agitate to spin and vice verse and found that unit did not properly engage in agitate position, I inspected under unit and found mode shifter was turning but not engaging arm to change position on splutch. I determined the shifter needs to be replaced; ordrng 1 W10913953 (Mode shifter)"

From diag, found the evap fan to be loose and not circulating air properly which caused a buildup near ice box fan causing it to not spin properly. Temp in freezer is in spec but temp in fresh food was at 41, no abnormal frost buildup on evap coils. Ordering both evap fan and ice box fan. ; ordrng 1 WR60X31997 (Ice box fan) and 1 WR60X32088 (Evap fan)"
