"Cx concerns are unit is not agitating or washing clothes well, I first checked error codes and found f7e5(open motor fault), f0e2(oversuds), f7e5(motor target rpm failure), and f0e5(off balance load). I cleared error codes and ran unit through manual test mode and checked if unit was shifting properly from agitate to spin and vice verse and found that unit did not properly engage in agitate position, I inspected under unit and found mode shifter was turning but not engaging arm to change position on splutch. I determined the shifter needs to be replaced; ordrng 1 W10913953 (Mode shifter)"
