tub was over half full of water. Checked over resistance of drain pump from harness and got nothing. Drained out water from tub to get to bottom of unit to check drain pump. Drain pump was in spec with resistance so started to look over harness for breaks. Found wire for drain pump to be cut. Fixed harness wire for drain pump and put unit in service mode. Ran unit twice in service mode to verify repairs and performance. Unit is now draining and running to factory spec. No further issues."
