I then ran unit through diagnostic cycle and during final spin I could hear noise cx was complaining about. I visually inspected heater assy and found the saftey had burned out and is causing heater to not come on, previously installed board was necessary as it was not providing proper voltage to heater, now heater is getting correct voltage but saftey is bad.
