"Cx concerns are unit is not cooling, checked freezer and found a lot of ice buildup on evap cover, removed cover and found ice buildup on evap fan but even frost pattern on evaporator. Cleared ice enough to free fam and found it ran ok to factory specs when unblocked, tested compressor in diag mode and got 1amp, advised cx to defrost unit for 24 hours to clear ice buildup then to plug unit back in"
