"Customer complaint unit not lighting instantly. Upon arrival, tested all burners and bake/broil in oven. All burners and both bake and broil ignited on first try with no issues. Ran diagnostic mode and checked for any faults, none present. Also used diag to test all relays on the board, all passed to spec. Tested oven to 350 degrees, unit heated up properly and cycled temps correctly. Unit is working to factory spec, no issues found

"Cx concerns are unit is not spinning clothes out and they are too wet. I put unit into diagnostic mode and checked for error codes and only found f0e5(off balance load), I then ran unit through automatic test cycle and when it got to spin portion it did not spin and ended cycle immediately. After further inspection of unit I found that inner tub is moving independently of outer tub and determined unit needs a new gearcase and hub nut; ordrng 1 W11454734 (Gearcase assy) and 1 W10528947 (Hub nut)"

replaced the right rear burner valve that was leaking gas. I also replaced the front center burner assembly with the Venturi tube miscellaneous hardware and also the gaskets. On all the other burners they were adjusted cleaned and miscellaneous hardware and gaskets were replaced. Replace the main igniter on the main oven also adjusted the burner and the harness assembly as well. Instructed the customer on how to use the oven.
