Customer concern water freezes up and refrigerator intermittently freezer and sometimes defrost items. I proceeded to take temps freezer compartment 2 degrees fresh food compartment 40 degrees. Temp sensor on fz and ff read to spec. No signs of error codes. Water dispenser is working. Customer has refrigerator over packed not enough air flow.
