"Called tech line, spoke with lisa , did teleapresnces, advised that ice maker isn't getting water to it, advised that channel was steamed both sides bit no steam came out. Found that the line had insulation inside, and wouldn't go any further, when trying to push new line it would fill with insulation. Tech line took pictures. As per tech line there is foam insulation in the channel, manufacturer defect. Unit is unrepairable
