"Cx concerns are unit is not spinning, I first checked unit for error codes in diagnostic mode and found 3c2(no spin), ddC(add door not closed), and 4C(washer supply error), I then ran automatic service cycle and it paused cycle at portion where it spins and gave a 3c2 code, I then verified the add door was closed and ran cycle again and issue repeated. I then tested every component in the motor curcuit and found that hall sensor was testing out of range, 8 gave cx est to replace sensor and they approved and I sent bill via iwallet; ordrng 1 DC31-00098A (Hall sensor)"
