Customer complaint is the unit is not cooling down properly and water is dripping in the fresh food section of the unit I found the freezer packed to the back wall with food and no air flow over the evaporator coils I removed the ice off the evaporator with my steamer gun After that i put the food back in the freezer so that air circulates better The unit is holding temp ok now No further issues with this unit
