"Customer complaint bake and broil not working. Upon diag, found broken control on unit not allowing changes of temp for bake/broil. Needs thermal control E24F03-030900. Also needs new knob as it broke with control G20A23-030100. Customer also requests use side door on left side of house; ordrng 1 E24F03-030900 (Thermal control) and 1 G20A23-030100 (Knob)"

Cx complaint no ice production / diagnosis found chunk of ice stuck inside ice room on side. French flap was not closing properly allowing warm air to enter fridge / adjusted foot on bottom left only so French flap closes properl removed stuck ice and reset ice maker
