Upon arrival unit was outside and not installed correctly. Informed customer that unit needs to be installed correctly inside as it is not an outdoor fridge

Upon arrival water still in tub. Put into diag and found codes OE and 4E for water supply error. Ran service cycle and found once hot water was entering unit, it would not stop with power off and unplugged until I turned water off. Needs hot water valve DC62-30312J; ordrng 1 DC62-30312J (Hot water inlet valve)"

Customer complaint unit stops heating after a couple minutes of use. Upon diag found faulty thermal control board. Needs e24f03-030900; ordrng 1 E24f03-030900 (Thermal control board)

Customer complaint unit not cooling. Upon arrival noticed no lights on inside but had power. Checked over Compressor and it was not running or getting power. Swapped out boards and unit started working and lights turned on inside. Compressor is running and unit is starting to cool. No further issues.
