It is so amazing that each and every time we get a different tech here we get a different answer not playing that game anymore. If you don’t have technicians that know what the hell they’re doing fire them I am tired of having to sit around waiting for them to come to give me no answers until we get a different tack. Your technicians lack knowledge train them.
