Cx complaint when water is dispensed it comes out in multiple spots on / near control / diagnosis dispenser hose is out of place / removed control and found hose bunched up near top of hole / pulled back slack on hose until it was in its proper place for dispenser and re assembled and tested / no further defects at this time / someone tugged on hose during installation.

Prompt, efficient, and professional service.
We knew exactly when our technicians would arrive. They were diligent in both finding and fixing the problems with our refrigerator and freezer.
