"Cx concerns unit does not run. Unit was unplugged, checked unit putting into diag , found 1 error code for pressure sensor. Ran automatic test mode. Performed main control factory reset, Checked to specs. Erased error code.Unit is ok to specs."

The guy showed up and was nice but didn’t fix the issue. Said a plumber had to do it because the drain pipe was too long. PC Richards installed it and their warranty service wouldn’t fix their mistake.
