This company has a wonderful customer service. They are easy to reach, helpful and friendly. They came quickly, fixed the problem quickly and also didn’t make me wait for a long time on the day of appointment. There were phone calls and reminder text messages before the appointment.

We had an extremely pleasant experience with our repair. The service person sent to do the repair on my refrigerator was professional, thorough, friendly, tidy, knowledgeable and attentive. He diagnosed the problem rapidly and once the part came in, he switched it out quickly and efficiently.
