Ran unit in all component activation modes and found that drain pump is a lot louder than normal, observed incorrect installation on drain line and advised cx to shorten drain hose, otherwise unit tested ok to factory specs.

Cx concerns are ice in freezer and water leaking in fridge. Found dirty drain cover causing drain to freeze. Cleaned. Cx will defrost unit themselves.

Customer complaint unit making a banging noise. Diagnosis found 2 rollers with flat spots on them unit also has a fin missing out of the blower fan. Ordering parts return to fix unit.; ordrng 1 694089 (Blower wheel) and 2 3397590 (Rollers)s
