"Cx concerns are both compartments are not keeping temp and ice is forming in freezer and melting causing puddles on floor, I put unit into diagnostic mode and got no error codes. I then took temp readings of both compartments and freezer tested at 15?(set at -8?) and fridge tested at 31?(set at 33?) Adjusted hinge and gasket and unit tested ok to factory specs, advised cx to defrost unit to get rid of moisture buildup"

Installed new control panel assembly and ran through diagnostics / unit operating to factory specs with no glitches or freezing of control / no further defects with unit.

Cx complaint is both upper and lower oven cavitys do not cook correctly / inconsistent temps ran both ovens in normal bake and recorded temperatures / both oven cavitys average temp was at or within spec for set temperature / no defects found
