Found upper spray arm melted over heater. Found that the upper rack adjuster is broken causing rack to be undeveloped causing issue. Could find just the adjuster. Ordering parts for repair ; ordrng 1 17476000001425 (Heater) and 1 12176000A42020 (Upper spray arm) and 1 12176000A42034 (Upper sprayer) and 1 12176000A42030 (Water dispenser) and 1 12976000A00962 (Upper basket assy)

replaced drain pump and ran unit through service cycle to verify repair, unit tested ok to factory specs"

"Cx concerns are unit is giving F9E1 error code, put unit into diagnostic mode and got F9E1(no drain) and F9E2(drain motor electrical failure) these codes can be caused by a physical blockage, ran through service cycle and got no repeat error codes unit tested ok to factory specs"
