"Issue dryer is taking more then 1 cycle to dry. No issue with voltage to unit. No issue with heat. Found that the vent needs to be clean cause of the high pressure. Advised customer to have vent cleaned since its on the 2nd floor, and to call back iff issue continues."

Found no issue with water flow through filter. No issue with water flow to dispenser valve in door, and no issue with water flow through reservoir. Found no water water flow through door after reservoir. no further issue with unit after cutting plug."
