Cx concerns are water and ice not dispensing. Tested wires with techline on phone. Needs a paddle microswitch. ordrng 1 6600JB3001C (Microswitch)

Compressor replaced. After a couple of days unit did not cool again. Came back. Did something. Fridge worked for about 10 days. Now leaking from copper to steel soldered connection at compressor and not cooling enough in the fridge section. LG now tells me the company is rejecting to accept another service request to fix their job. Unfortunate.
