Customer complaint unit not draining/not getting water. Diagnosis unit flashing clean will not let me enter diagnostic. Looked in service matters says to power unit off wait a minute then to power back on if that does not work either have a faulty heating element and or main control. ordrng 1 WPW10082892 (Heater assembly) and 1 WP8564543 (Main control needs to be rebuilt by corecentric)
