Customers complaint is the water leaks out of the freezer section onto the floor / diagnosis defrost sensor faulty need to replace and steam out all ice in drain; ordrng 1 6615JB2005N (Defrost sensor)

Ran in diagnostic mode found that evap isnt running, no issue with connection. Found that the capillary tube on the freezer evap is the only thing iced up. Found faulty compressor on sealed system causing issue. ; ordrng 1 WPW10507886 (Compressor kit) and 1 WPW10464673 (Evap fan)"

"Replaced the convection element, due to it crumbling. Ran on a 350 bake. No issue with preheat.

Customer concerns are unit takes a long time to pre heat. Found no issue with broil element. Found that only inner bake element is getting voltage and the outer bake element isn't. No issue with outer bake element.
