"Cx concerns are unit is not completing a cycle, clothes come out too wet, doesnt drain properly, doesnt do anything properly. I put unit into diagnostic mode and got 3 error codes; F3E1(water level error), F8E3(overflow condition) and F5E4(door not opened between cycles), I cleared error codes and ran unit through automatic test cycle and unit gave me no new error codes, unit tested ok to factory specs"

Issue no heat. Found that the venti g is at .7 inH2O. Advised customer to have venting cleaned before issue happens again. No further issue with unit found with unit.

Replaced terminal block and range cord and unit tested ok to factory specs
