Not the best experience, it’s took 4 attempts to fix my washer and I had buy a tool for tech to complete it on the 4th attempt so there wouldn’t be a 5th visit.

Two weeks to even schedule appointment, no instructions to turn off fridge so took another week, $800 later - fridge still not working. Renters came in - told the technician was on holiday. Had to buy a new fridge. Will make sure I spread the word how bad fleet appliance is.

They did a great job very near the bathroom where the machine lays is a very tight closet and the machine is stackable had to be taken apart they did a great job !!!! Very clean no marks on the walls or floor and most important no leaks !!!! I highly recommend them .

No ice. First visit wrong analasys put us through 48 hour defrost and relocating all content in fridge Second visit said no water and could not work on plumbing. Water good up to waterfilter that was installed with fridge so should be considered part of fridge. Nothing fixed after several weeks of delayed appointments

We called fleet due to a drainage error on our washing machine. Although getting a technician to the house was quick (the following day) and the technician showed up on time, he did not do anything when here. We’ve had the washing machine for 8 years, he told us the way our drain pipe was installed was incorrect & we needed to change it. I asked how can that be if we’ve had the washer for years, he said he’s seen it happen many times. He said if that’s not the problem, we need a new drain pump (over $300), without looking at the washing machine AT ALL. He did not open the washer, did not look at the pump, the filter.. nothing. We paid the $120 fee, for what i don’t know, but we paid hoping what he suggested was indeed the problem. Well the following day my husband changed the drain pipe as the tech recommended. We ran a load of laundry and the same error code came up, tried a few times and constant code. Instead of calling him back to charge us more money to do nothing again. We googled the problem & was able to fix it ourselves. The washing machine needed the filter cleaned. Wouldn’t recommend. Waste of money. Google your problem, you will get more Anwser’s.

Just when its needed the least, our refrigerator/freezer quit on us! Despair set in quickly when we thought we needed a new unit. With all of the restrictions on home delivery/installation in place, our only hope was a certified GE repair service who would be able to bring our unit back to functional life. Fleet saved our refrigerator with the right part and it sprang back to life as good as new! And significantly less than a new unit of the same quality. What a relief to know that they are there for us in good times and the most difficult times! Thank You!
