Called for a dishwasher repair, paid for a new pump, dishwasher still not functioning properly. Second visit, repair man tries to insult my intelligence by making up lie after lie about why the appliance doesn’t work correctly. Every time I countered his excuse he made up a new story, basically saying that my appliance was not installed properly and I would need to call a plumber to fix it ( after having spent $400 to allegedly fix it). Meanwhile I’ve had the unit for 5 years and no issues till now so if it was installed incorrectly it would have malfunctioned long before now. So 3 visits and $400 later I’m hand washing dishes.

Tech came in and recognized the problem right away. Replaced the pump to my washing machine very quickly. Was very courteous and practiced social distancing while wearing a mask the entire time. Will definitely use again.

Took over a week to get parts in, they got the wrong parts, then tried to charge me for ordering the right parts even though they gave me a quote. Then when they got the right parts they couldn’t fix it anyway. They charged me $120 for doing nothing and couldn’t fix it. Very annoying, customer service wasn’t on same page with quotes, when the guy was showing up etc. won’t use them ever again

While Ryan was quite polite, yet after the repair was completed and paid for, he left without testing the machine. He didn't even plug in the machine. When i plugged in the machine, the piece was still not working correctly and he had to return to reinstall the piece. Frankly, i am was not impressed and quite frustrated.

He presented us with a few options and we ended up replacing the dryer (and therefore not following thru with the repair). We really appreciated the prompt and excellent service!

Completely Wrong diagnosis. Ordered a part and the day of installation the second visit we were told I needed 2 Additional parts after waiting 3 weeks for first part delivery There was nothing wrong wt any of the parts . All we had to do was vacuum out the line which we did and the dryer works very well I called the office to complain and to be reimbursed for the wrong diagnosis Please get back to me Thank you Paula

The repair from hell

My under warranty, LG fridge has been out of commission for 6 months. THEY CAN'T SEEM TO FIX IT.. When it failed, I bought a new one. I transported the broken one to my office, since I figured I would get it fixed and used it in the employee break room. Well, without ANY LOGIC or REASONING, Fleet refused to come to my place of business to service it. So I humped it back home, only for the tech to tell me, he can't work on it, because LG made a mistake on the serial number. So I contact LG and get that straightened out. Then the tech "hurts his back" and I have to wait another month.. Well, he finally came this past Friday and said it was fixed. On Sunday, the FREEZER went from 28 degrees to 40 degrees in a matter of hours, so I unplugged it. I left a voice mail, no reply.. I called and called Monday until someone finally answered the phone. I asked to speak to the owner or the tech who came. She refused. I explained the problem, and she tells me to plug it back in. I explained that there still must be a refrigerate leak and the compressor will burn itself out once the refrigerant leaks out completely. This has happened to this unit twice already and LG keeps sending new compressors and parts. Also, air conditioners typically have a pressure switch to keep this from happening, but fridges do not. I was trying to keep them from having to replace MORE parts and waste more time, letting them know there is still a leak.. The receptionist does not care, It fell on deaf ears.. She is CLUELESS and is like a robot.. She doesn't listen and keeps repeating the same thing over and over and over. I know more about refrigeration than she does. Save yourself the time and aggravation and find a real company to fix it. If the owner of Fleet sees this, please contact me.. NO ONE should have to experience the shoddy service i have been given.
