Outrageous pricing! For 10 min work 500.00 is price gauging. In addition I had canceled work on my dryer because I was able to do it myself but was charged anyway. I filed a complained with Miele USA and wrote to Miele Germany and already gave you lousy review on yelp. That being said technician was friendly but he should have never charged me for $119 for the dryer, and not $295 for exchanging a knob on the washing machine, which I could have done myself. And on top the $125 service call - he did give me off $50 when i complained about the outrageous pricing. Have no problem paying for services- this was beyond i have ever experienced.

The actual service technician was great!! ; however, Fleet was told specifically what was broken (locking mechanism) but sent tech out without related parts. Waited 10 days for the first appointment then had to wait ANOTHER week for him to come back with part to repair. Long wait time for repair and unnecessary to have tech come out twice. almost 3 weeks without washer was unacceptable!

Two weeks to even schedule appointment, no instructions to turn off fridge so took another week, $800 later - fridge still not working. Renters came in - told the technician was on holiday. Had to buy a new fridge. Will make sure I spread the word how bad fleet appliance is.
