Great progressive progress on tracking tech day of appointment. Derek was punctual and very knowledgeable about this unit. He thoroughly explain something that Whirlpool failed to relate in the user manual. Preheating for convection 12 minutes; baking is 15 minutes. Well done Derek!

Excellent customer service but I called yesterday and never received a text for payment and set up the call. Also, it's rather offensive that your payment app asks for a gratuity up front. I always tip service people in cash... AFTER they do the job, not before.
