Installed new main PCB assy and ran unit through factory calibration cycle / DLMS cycle / and diag cycles to confirm proper operation / no further defects with this unit all is working to factory specs /

"Cx complaint is control display will not turn on or respond to any presses need to order user interface and high limits for neutral line ordrng 1 WB27X33035 (User interface) and 1 WB24T10164 (High limit) and 1 WB24X46907 (Neutral high limit)"

"Cx concerns are control panel on unit should always be illuminated and it is not, consulted user manual and found there is an option to disable sleep mode, changed setting and ui is now always on"

"Cx concerns are unit finishes preheating before hitting set temp, I checked unit for error codes and found none, tested both elements, temp sensor and convection motor and all components tested in range with proper voltage and resistance, set unit to 350 and verified unit is heating properly and cycling at correct temp using temp probe.

"Cx concerns are unit is building up water in bottom of unit, disassembled unit and found ice buildup on evap drain and ran unit through diagnostic mode to test defrost heater and evap fan, both components tested ok to factory specs, steamed out drain and adjusted defrost heater and unit tested ok to factory specs
