Repairman arrived on time. Ihad wet clothes in machine so he could see not spinning fast. He removed wet clothing and started the machine in a spin cycle, and it worked. The machine had to have clothing inside to show slow spin, no spin. He did not remove any panels, or parts. Did not give me any instructions on what to do next. Never tested the motor,or Circuit boards to see if there might be an issue with them will never call you again $140 and I already knew what your technician showed me almost a scam. At least he showed up on time.

Joe was very professional & answered all my questions. I recently moved into my home & was not left with any information about my washing machine by the previous owner . I was concerned about a loud noise when using the machine & Joe explained it was simply the braking mechanism at the end of a cycle. I would definitely call on Fleet services if needed & also recommend them to friends.
