"Cx concerns are fridge compartment is not holding temp, temp reading of fridge compartment is 59? and there is anlot of moisture by damper for freezer, removed evap cover and found that it was not mounted correctly and was causing fan to get stuck. Readjusted evap cover and fan began to turn, also advised cx to let unit defrost for 24 hours with doors open to allow all ice and frost to melt. Otherwise unit tested ok to factory specs"

Cx concerns are unit is hot in all of fridge. Checked compressor and needs new compressor kit Ordering.; ordrng 1 WR87X41607 (Compressor) and 1 WR87X30875 (Filter drier) and 1 WR07X10131 (Overload) and 1 WR55X24064 (Capacitor)

"Cx concerns are dryer is not heating, ran unit on more dry and high temp and unit is cycling at around 130?, got a pressure reading of 1.10 in/wc on vent and exit flap outside was not coming up all the way while unit is running, advised to have vent problem addressed, otherwise unit tested ok to factory specs"

Installed new parts and tested for leaks. No leaks. Runs to specs.

roller fell off and melted on element. Needs element and new wheel. ; ordrng 1 WD12X28078 (Roller) and 1 WD12X26146 (Rack roller) and 1 WD05X30298 (Element)
