Customer complaint is that the door will not open. Diagnosis door was frozen shut Steamed out freezer section tested unit unit checked okay.

Customers complaint is unit is leaking in both top and bottom draw(#526756 chassis replacement) no longer available and no price avail anywhere / unit is un-repairable.

Replaced start module with button / did not resolve issue / disassembled machine and found wire harness wrapped around belt cutoff switch not allowing switch to be depressed / tested all other components and re - assembled machine / unit is now working as should.
