"Customer concerns are the tub of washer looks like it dropped and the door seal may be ripped. Found that a spring came off the unit dropping the tub. Found no cracks in outer tub, and no tears or rips in door seal. Was able to get spring back on to bracket. Ran in diagnostic mode, unit is performing normal.
