Complaint: Bottom Oven not working at all and Upper Oven taking long to heat. Diagnosis: Tested from board to bottom ovens elements and got 0v Board needs to be replaced. Tested from board to top ovens elements and got 240v. Tested continuity to elements and bake element had none. Bake element also needs to be replaced. Order parts and return to fix unit.; ordrng 1 316443950 (board) and 1 318601604 (element)
