"Unit is still hitting against bent metal piece, I bent the piece back the other way to prevent it from making contact with motor frame, tested unit by doing quick wash cycle with 4 towels and unit tested ok to factory specs, advised cx to not overload unit when washing towels and linens"

Joe was very professional and very pleasant. He showed me exactly what the problem was and explained everything clearly. I am ALWAYS happy with Fleece Appliance.
