No problems with technician, but I wish I had looked on line for reviews of Fleet. I would have seen the many complaints against their prices and would not be stuck with a bill for $325 for literally 20 minutes of labor. Part was $145, for a total bill of $510 including tax. When questioned, the office would only tell me that they do not charge labor by time, but by the job. Did not even have to disconnect the dishwasher to replace part. Completely unacceptable.
